Canadian’s are all stressed out during this pandemic and have turned to the Federal government for solutions. Common sense solutions like giving healthcare workers a pathway to permanent residency. Good Idea??

Only Caregivers who have made an asylum claim are eligible.
Only Caregivers who have a valid work permit.
Only Caregivers who have a valid language test of CLB5 or higher
Only Cargivers who have Education Credential Assessment of secondary school graduation or higher
Only Caregivers who have 12 months or more of employment experience
OnlyCaregivers who applied between July 08th and October 08th 2020 when the pathway closed.
Only Caregivers who have gained their work experience after being hired by an employer who had a LMIA!
Why would an asylum seeker come to Canada with a valid ECA? Why would an asylum seeker come to Canada with valid language test results? With no language tests being offered how can one get a language test results? Why would an asylum seeker need an LMIA since they already had an open work permit? Why only caregivers who have made an asylum claim does not Canada need as many caregivers as possible to work in our retirement homes?
HOW MANY ACTUALLY APPLIED AND WERE FOUND ELIGBLE?
If the Liberal governments “Pathway to Permanent Residency” that closed on October 08th, 2020 was so successful why did they reintroduce it again with a press release on August 14th, 2020
Why did they reduce the work experience to six months?
Why did they eliminate the requirement for an ECA?
Why did they eliminate the requirement for a language test?
Why did they eliminate the requirement for being hired with a LMIA?
WHY IS THERE NO APPLICATION FORMS LISTED BASED ON THE AUGUST 14th, 2020 PRESS RELEASE OF THIS REVISED “PATHWAY TO PERMANENT RESIDENCY”? DO THEY WANT PEOPLE TO APPLY?

The Toronto Star wrote an article on November 4th, 2020 and reported that the Immigration Minister Marco Mendiino backs easing work rules for resident foreigners. Well since these foreigners are already in Canada it would be safer to accept them instead of bringing in foreigers from abroad!
“For those who are already in Canada and here on a temporary basis, it behooves us to see whether or not there’s a way to accelerate their pathway to becoming Canadian,” Mendicino told Bloomberg.
Well it is a week later and not one little hint of any application available. Why do the Liberal Party of Canada and the Immigration Minister keep making these annoucements with no substance to help save our seniors in assisted living facilities? Are they only trying to trick us into voting for them?
