Our Story

About CV Immigration

Thirty years of government expertise, now in your corner.

Built from the Inside Out

CV Immigration was founded by Roy Kellogg, who spent his career inside Canada's immigration system as a Minister of Immigration Counsel. He represented the Minister at hearings and appeals, supervised ten Case Presenting Officers at the Mississauga Hearings office, directed the detained unit for immigration act violations, and advised the Regional Director on Humanitarian and Compassionate matters.

That government background gave the firm something most practices can't claim: a firsthand understanding of how immigration decisions are actually made, and what it takes to build a case that withstands scrutiny at every level, from initial applications to full IAD appeals.

For over 30 years, CV Immigration has proudly served Canada's diverse ethnic communities, growing its team in response to increasing demand. Today the firm is led by Kateryna Biriukovych, who carries that same commitment to rigorous, compassionate representation into every case she handles.
