CBSA making Canada into a Police State.
Have any of your family members who visited you with a multiple entry visitor visa in the past ever overstayed? If so, they may never get to visit you again.
Did you comply with your residency requirements? If not, you will be stripped of your permanent residency status.
As a sponsor have you ever resided outside of Canada while applying for landing of a spouse in Canada? Guess what their application will be refused.
CBSA will know whether your spouse or common-law partner has been residing with you. Then their Inland spousal application will be refused.
If you applied for Citizenship, they would know that you have not resided in Canada long enough and you could be charged with fraud!
By November 22nd, 2022, thousands of persons will be severely affected by this new CBSA Entry/Exit Program.
