27,332 Invitations to Apply, LOL

Immigration has been critical of Immigration Consultants & Lawyers for charging fees to clients with little chance of success for years! I don’t know of one honest representative that would tell a potential client to submit an EE profile with a CRS score of 75. So why would Immigration Canada issue 27,332 (ITA’s) invitations to apply?

SHOW ME THE MONEY!

27,332 invitations to apply would earn the government of Canada $550.00 application fee and $500.00 Right of Permanent Residency Fee for a MINIMUM of $28,698,600.00 in processing fees.

If everyone was married and these applicants included their spouses with their applications the processing fees would rise to $57,397,200.00

Surely some of these applicants would have children so lets round up those numbers to SIXTY MILLION.

Now all of these 27,332 will need to remain in status so they need open work permits. $27,332 X $255.00 = $6,969,660.00 more.

Then the government will work so fast that not one of them will be required to renew their open work permits.

What is really sad with limited English and job skills the chance that these applicants will become successfully established is very limited.
