2020 Parental Sponsorship Draw?

Why are you still waiting for the 2020 Parental Sponsorship Draw to happen? What makes you believe there still will be a 2020 Parental Sponsorship Draw? It is now Septemebr so can you explain why IRCC can’t hold a computer based draw to allow Canadian’s a chance to sponsor their parents?

• Did you know if your parents are already in Canada, they can apply for landing from within Canada based on Humanitarian and Compassionate factors?

• Would the best interest of your children be affected by making GrandMa or GrandPa to go home and apply from abroad for landing?

• What disproportionate hardship would your parents face if they were forced to apply from abroad?

• Would your parents face an unusual or undeserved hardship if they had to apply for landing abroad?

• Can your parents even apply for landing from abroad?

• Would your kids schooling be affected if GrandMa & GrandPa had to leave?

• Are you aware that the Charter states every individual has the right to the equal benefit under the law?

• The Charter says every individual is equal before and under the law.

• Did you know an objective of the Immigration Act is family reunification.

• The Immigration Act states applications are to have a consitent prompt processing standard.

WHY DO SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIPS FOR PERSON ALREADY IN CANADA HAVE A PROCESSING PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS AND HUMANITARIAN AND COMPASSIONATE APPLICATIONS HAVE AN ESTIMATED PROCESSING TIME OF 36 MONTHS?

IS YOUR DAD OR YOUR MOM LESS OF A FAMILY MEMBER THEN SOMEONE ELSE’S A SPOUSE?
