You submit a DIY visitor visa application & blame IRCC for the refusal!
I was contacted by a cousin of a successful Iranian client who had his whole family of 5 approved in just one week. The husband and wife had been to Canada previously and complied. I believe referral clients are the best because you don't need to prove your ability.
I told her what my fee would be and thinking she would pay started answering her questions. Then she started asking more questions and I saw no money.
Her brother had submitted a PR application even though he can speak NO English and then withdrew that application.
She then submitted a DIY for his first visitor visa application which was refused! Then she helped him submit another DIY visitor visa application that was also refused.
Her latest brother’s DIY Visitor Visa application had not been refused or approved and she wanted me to find out why.
I asked her to send me everything including the covering letters for previous refusals as to why she was inviting him. She immediately sent an email to a female travel agent (GHOST CONSULTANT) in Tehran and wrote,
· “The letter is unfortunately seeming like a generic automatic letter. Please send me Username and Password and the portal with all uploaded documents to follow up from here”.
Unauthorized representatives (ghost consultants) in foreign countries are allowed because their governments have no laws against them. I relaxed thinking a ghost consultant who is a TRAVEL AGENT assisting with covering letters would improve his chances of success. I asked did you pay the travel agent and she said YES. I thought any travel agent could list a bunch of places to see and things to do in Ontario on her brothers first trip to Canada.
· I was so wrong!
Iranian sister wrote, I am employee of House of Commons Canada but provided no details of what her work detailed. She also claimed she is working for a Member of Parliament, also no details given.
The applicant wrote I plan to “enjoy red maple leaves and nature in this season” he also wrote, “I would like to plan a birthday for my nephew”. The sister never said anything about viewing the fall colours or what and where she would take him. No mention of showing him Algonquin Park, Haliburton Highlands, Muskoka, Manitoulin Island which are all day trips from Toronto. .

The sister and the applicant kept writing he only intended to come for four weeks and would be residing at his sister’s residence. They both kept writing that he would be residing in her house, again and again. Where else would anyone think he would be residing? Not one mention as to what they would be doing, where she would take him etc.etc. Nothing but for four weeks other then visiiting one another in her home but if admitted he would be authorized to be in Canada for six months..
This is a man that has never been to Canada b efore and no one says what he wants to see or where he will be taken. Is tyhat strange?
· IRCC reply stated “The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application”.
After reviewing everything, I emailed her saying “It was clearly a valid refusal”.
She was upset that I was terse, blunt, to the point and didn’t lie to her. Needless to say I never got paid!
