Immigration Begs for Processing Fees!
Why is Canada offering permanent residency for not much more than processing fees? Is Canada that broke we have to beg foreigners for their immigration processing fees?
The Immigration Minister has gone too far with his Public Policy programs. Offering a pathway to permanent residency for students, health care workers or workers in Canada with “VALID STATUS” is one thing but family members of victims of air disasters are to be treated differently!
Families of these two air disasters are eligible to apply;
Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 March 10th, 2019
Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752 January 8th, 2020
Do not misunderstand me, I feel the pain of any family member of either of these air disasters. What I can not accept is the difference between the previous 90,000 Public Policy criteria and this money grab that came into effect on May 12th, 2021.
To be eligible you could of,
ENTERED WITHOUT A VISA,
FAILED TO COMPLY WITH CONDITIONS OF YOUR TEMPORARY STAY,
WORKED OR STUDIED IN CANADA WITHOUT BEING AUTHOURIZED.
Unlike the previous 90,000 Public Policy annoucement offering a pathway to permanent residency in Canada these air disaster applicants can violate the Immigration Act and the Immigration Regulations and still be approved.
How many applicants is Canada going to consider? Will anyone now sneak into Canada to take advantage of this program because they do not have to prove they entered legally?
What upsets me is the last sentence of this new air disaster Public Policy.
Make sure your application is complete, and you’ve paid all the necessary fees before submitting your application.
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PAID!
