ICCRC Offers a Total of $160.00 Compensation!

·         Does (ICCRC) not know what their members charge for representing a client at a Detention Review or Admissibility Hearing at the Immigration Division?

·         Does (ICCRC) not know what their members charge for representing a client at a Spousal Appeal at the Immigration Appeal Division?

·         Does (ICCRC) not know what their members charge for representing a client at the Refugee Protection Division?

·         Does (ICCRC) not know what their members charge for representing a client at Refugee Appeal Division?

ICCRC is looking for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who are interested in participating in the assessment validation process for the progress test. RCICs will be required to complete a progress test twice when following the Specialization Education pathway, one of the components of the IRB Specialization Certification Program.

 Who can qualify as an SME?

RCICs can qualify if they meet the following requirements:

  • In good standing

  • 3-5 years of practice experience before the IRB

  • General competence in all four Divisions of the IRB

 Remuneration for participation

$40 per hour for a maximum of 4 hours.

Total remuneration for participation will not exceed $160.
