Convincing IRCC Your Client Deserves Compassion
All an Authourized Represntative need to do is use common sense! I will post three examples and you tell me if you would approve their Humanitarian and Compassionate Applications.
Grandmother and Grandfather would switch as visitors for years coming to Canada to take care of their Grandchildren. The Dad was a firefighter with unusual hours of employment and Mom was a teacher who had to attend work earlier then the kids wernt to school and always came home after the kids would come home. GrandPa died leaving Grandmother with no family back hone. Grandmother had considerable savings and would not be a burden on the Canadian taxpayer. Dad had previously submitted a Sponsorship Application and after five years of processing he was offered a refunf by IRCC!
Couple from China submitted an asylum claim based on the one child policy in China. The Mother at the time of her IRB hearing was nine months pregnant . Her Lawyer did not request a postponement so the IRB Member refused her asylum claim based on the fact she had given birth to only one child. Under Canadian Law until a woman gives birth that pregnacy can’t be considered a child. Dad was a Chef and opened a profitable Restaurant with six staff members. If Mom returned to China she would be heavily fined for having a second child.
A Filipino Lady had submitted a Sposal Sponsorship Application and had been waiting for more than 2 1/2 years and had not obtained a decision! CBSA said get on a plane and go home. She went to a Lawyer paid $10,000.00 who applied for a stay of removal. Two days later that Lawyer called and said I did the best as I could have a nice flight. She decided to not leave and demonstrated in front of the Immigration Ministers Office complaining about processing times, We improved her Sposal Application and IRCC in Etobicoke called her and her husband for an interview. That Officer said in all her years it was the best spousal application she had ever seen.
