Consultant vs Consultant.

The other day I posted on Linked if you receive a letter to attend 6900 Airport Rd. Entrance 93 be careful. That is were CBSA says “time to go home”!

I GOT A CALL!

He had NO SHOWED when a previous letter was sent to him. CBSA would of iaaued an arrest warrant for him.

Man had submitted an InLand common law sponsorship application with the other Consultant. He was told an interview had been booked for a Saturday morning. There had been communication with IRCC about the spousal but a couple of letters sent to the other Consultant seems to have misplaced.

The other Consultant warned the man not to attend 6900 because they will throw you on a plane. He said he would not attend because knowing his client was out of status and no showed it would look bad on him. LOL

After reviewing the email he received I recommended him to attend the interview because IRCC can’t finish his spousal application if the applicant has an outstanding arrest warrant. What happens is the man will be arrested, asked if he wants his Consulant notified of his arrest, the arrest warrant will be cancelled, then the man will be released on a bond.

If an RCIC does not know what happens when an InLand Spousal Applicant who is out of status gets called into CBSA he should have his license cancelled.

Experience Matters!
