90,000 applicants of new Public Policy Program - beware!
Why are so many authourized representatives constantly advertising for potential clients on Linkin promoting this Public Policy Program? Your Mom already told you if it sounds to good to be true, it normally is! You need to ask, why has IRCC created a race for those that want to submit their application under the current Public Policy Program?
I took a different approach warning potential applicants about applying under this Public Policy Program and now Immigration Lawyers are agreeing with me!
I posted why is IRCC requiring all applicants to pay the Right of Permanent Residency Fee (RPRF) at time the application is submitted. I wondered how quickly IRCC will refund the RPRF when the applicant is refused. Why is IRCC advertising this Public Policy Program everywhere daily? I wrote this Public Policy Program is all about the money stating immigration is ripping off foreign nationals to replenish the coffers of Canada in this bleak pandemic economy!
I asked why is immigration demanding that 90,000 applicants who are currently working in Canada must sit in a room with others during a pandemic to write a language test. Most of these applicants are former foreign students. Some are persons with temporary work permits who needed to prove their language ability to obtain their work permit. The rest are persons who filed an unsuccessful refugee claim and have been working for a Canadian employer taking instruction in one of Canada's official languages for years.
I asked since IRCC claimed applicants must not be inadmissible to Canada is their a requirement to submit police clearance certificates at time your application is submitted. I got no clear answer.
I understand times are tough for my colleagues but come on tell your potential clients all the risks of this program before you take a penny!

It really says something about your profession, when the work you've done for years, stressed patience, accuracy and process on, is being reduced to some sort of self-represented document gathering race. Expect this process to reveal inadmissibilities + create misrepresentations.
HOW MANY APPLICANTS WILL BE REFUSED, HOW MANY WILL BE ORDERED REMOVED FOR MISREPRESENTATIONS BY RUSHING TO GET THEIR APPLICATION IN TOO FAST?
